Come enjoy a holiday in the temperate climate and fantastic location of Paynesville, gateway to the beautiful Gippsland Lakes. Perfect for fishing, boating, kayacking, walking trails, restaurants, cafes, boat hire, sailing and most importantly relaxing. A short walk will take you to the Raymond Island Ferry ( free for pedestrian or bicycle traffic, $11 return per car ). Stroll around the Koala Walk and look for all types of wildlife including echidna's, kangaroos, dolphins, pelicans and parrots.

 

Diana's has 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area with large kitchen, lounges and dining opening onto a sunny patio, bbq area and enclosed garden. You will be greeted with a Welcome Basket and bowl of fresh fruit. Parking is  in the driveway.

 

The BnB -  consists of a queen size bedroom, with  fresh ensuite a shower a bath, and a separate toilet. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner. 

Fresh fruit and a Continental Breakfast are in the room to be enjoyed at your leisure.

 

 Located in a quiet street, the unit is at the front of the house overlooking the garden and receives cooling afternoon sea breezes. Parking is in the street - you can pull onto the street lawn if you prefer.

 

An array of informational brochures regarding the area and activities such as monthly Farmers' Markets in Paynesville, Bairnsdale and Metung where you can obtain our lovely fresh local produce.

 

You can visit the two Opportunity Shops in Paynesville (only open some days) or the numerous others in nearby Bairnsdale. There are nearby art galleries, boat builders, chandleries and Paynesville has its own slipyard. Paynesville has hundreds of boats of all types and ages and a long history of boating, so you never know what you may come across. Photo opportunities are everywhere.

 

Shops along the Esplanade in Paynesville range from home wares, a dress shop, bakeries, chemist, fishing/bait shop, laundromat, doctors, dentist and numerous cafes. There are also a large IGA and a newly opened FoodMart. 

 

The water can be seen down the street and a short stroll brings you to the main beach of Paynesville with the Progress Jetty on one side, clean toilet block and Gippsland Lakes Yacht Club at the other end.
